For retail orders, please allow up to two business days for your order to be processed even though most orders will ship the same day if received by 2pm. Orders received after 2pm on Thursday may be held until Monday to ship. Toffee to Go will not be responsible for shipments lost, delayed, or returned because of incorrect or incomplete addresses. Please also be aware that wholesale orders may take longer to process, especially during busy the holiday season.
Warm Weather Shipping
Our perishable chocolate toffee products require cold packaging in warm weather. From April to October, Toffee to Go uses insulated coolers and ice packs to preserve the quality of our toffee. In warm weather, when shipping to an address in the state of Florida, we require choosing 1 Day Ground Shipping and when shipping to an address outside the state of Florida, we require choosing 2nd Day Air Shipping.
Please note that Toffee to Go cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. We ask that you provide a street address, with the appropriate suite or apartment number, for your order. To ensure our chocolate toffee is in perfect condition upon arrival we only ship Monday through Thursday. We do not ship on Friday, Saturday or Sunday. Due to the perishable nature of our chocolate toffee, we are not able to ship outside of the U.S.
Sales tax must be added to orders originating from Florida.
